How to make pizza dough from scratch without yeast:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine all ingredients and mix together until a ball of dough forms. Click for Stand Mixer.
If the dough is too wet and sticky add flour a little bit at a time. If the dough is too dry add milk a little bit at a time.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, to about 1/4 of an inch thick and about 6 or 7 inches across. You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands, which is what I did here.
Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the pizza from oven and serve.
